All orders are placed through BuyMe.lk, our launch retail partner. The full catalogue is there with free islandwide delivery and secure checkout. If you have questions first, or you're ordering in bulk, WhatsApp us and we'll guide you to the right product.
Orders are checked out on BuyMe.lk, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. We don't accept cheques.
Delivery is free islandwide through BuyMe.lk on every order.
Mattresses: in stock, typically delivered within 3–5 business days in Colombo and 5–10 days elsewhere on the island.
Beds: launching August 2026 and open for pre-orders now. At launch, standard colours (3 leather, 2 fabric) ship within 3–5 business days in Colombo and 5–10 days elsewhere; custom colours carry a 6–8 week lead time. Beds arrive flat-pack with photo instructions for self-assembly (two-person, ~45-minute job).
Mattresses: 10 years against manufacturing defects (sagging beyond 3cm under normal use, broken springs, fabric defects). Doesn't cover damage from misuse, stains, or use without a proper bed base.
Beds: 2 years against structural failure. Doesn't cover cosmetic wear, upholstery damage from misuse, or damage from prolonged moisture or direct sun.
No registration needed: your BuyMe.lk invoice is your proof of purchase, and that's all a claim ever requires.
Mattresses: unopened, unused mattresses in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You arrange and pay the return shipping; we refund the full purchase price once the mattress arrives back to us in resalable condition. Once opened and slept on, mattresses are not returnable for hygiene reasons (standard practice across the Sri Lankan bedding industry). Manufacturing defects are covered separately under the 10-year warranty.
Beds: as bulky upholstered furniture, beds are not returnable for change of mind, which is standard practice across the industry. If a bed arrives damaged in transit, photograph it before signing the delivery note and we'll replace it at no cost. The 2-year structural warranty covers frame failures separately.
